RealWorld Cursor Editor是一款优秀的光标编辑工具。

RW Cursor Editor is a freeware tool for static and animated cursor authors and it can also server as a simple image editor.

Features:
Static & Animated: Modify and create static (.cur) and animated cursors (.ani) of any size and color depth. Animations with custom frame sequence are supported.
Simple user interface: RealWorld Cursor Editor can modify animations using drag and drop or copy and paste frames using clipboard.
Batch operations: The application is able to run selected filters on multiple frames of an animated cursor. Users can define custom filters.

Import Linux cursors
Create cursors from image strips (helps when converting CursorXP theme to normal .ani files)
View and customize currently used pointers
Apply filters on selected animation frames in one step
Non-integral coordinates and control handles in raster editor
Customizable gradient and pattern filling
